There’s no financial cost—but there is a time and attention cost. The assessment takes about 25–30 minutes to complete and does require you to submit your email address to receive your results. You’ll also be added to Daybreak’s email newsletter, which shares occasional insights on growth, exit planning, and business transitions. You’re welcome to unsubscribe at any time.

Nope. These questions are designed to be answered based on your own knowledge and instincts about your business. You don’t need to gather any financial statements, legal documents, or due diligence materials. Just bring your experience, your perspective, and about 30 minutes of focused time.

You’ll receive your personalized readiness result immediately, along with two emails: one with your personalized readiness score and a short summary of your results, and a second email with a downloadable PDF that includes all your detailed responses—yours to keep, review, or share.
From there, you’ll have the option to schedule a complimentary 60-minute session to discuss your findings in detail and explore whether working together might be the right fit for both of us.
